By signing this agreement, you, the undersigned, acknowledge and accept the following Terms of Use (“TOU”) for your visit to Plunsana, including participation in any events, activities, or use of amenities. Your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Plunsana reserves the right to update these TOU at any time and will notify you of any updates within 30 days using the contact information provided.

Health Declaration

Participation in activities at Plunsana, including the use of amenities such as cold plunges, saunas, and any other facilities, is intended for healthy individuals. By signing this agreement, you declare that you are in good physical and mental condition to participate. If you have any of the following conditions or other significant health issues, it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before participating:

Coronary heart disease (e.g., Angina Pectoris; Stable Angina)
Cold urticaria
Epilepsy
Kidney failure
Raynaud's Syndrome (Type II)
A history of severe health issues like heart failure or stroke
Recent surgery
Pregnancy

Plunsana reserves the right to restrict participation without a doctor's clearance if any of these conditions are present.

Release of Liability

By signing this TOU, you agree that your participation in any activities, events, or use of amenities at Plunsana is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You hereby release and discharge Plunsana, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation, including any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in activities and the use of amenities at Plunsana involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of cold plunges, saunas, and other related facilities. By signing this agreement, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree that Plunsana shall not be liable for any resulting injuries or damages.

Arbitration Agreement

By signing this TOU, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than going to court, and you waive the right to participate in class action claims.
